RECIPE: Bourbon Whiskey Meatballs

These little meatballs were delicious and they'd be great to make for a get together with friends. Brandon and I? We ate them for dinner on a Sunday night with mashed potatoes and green beans. You can really taste the bourbon flavor!

2 lb bag plain frozen meatballs
1 c ketchup, heaping
1 c brown sugar, packed
1/2 c bourbon
2 t lemon juice
2 t worcestershire

In a medium bowl, mix together all ingredients except meatballs. Place frozen meatballs in a crock pot and pour sauce on top. Stir. Cook for 1 hour on high, stirring a few times. Turn heat down to low and continue cooking for another hour. Don't forget toothpicks or skewers when it's time to serve them!
