Party Pinwheels

This delicious appetizer recipe was shared by a friend of mine who made them for a baby shower we both attended back in March. They were my favorite food item at the shower, even though I don't like olives! These are easy to make and are a crowd pleaser. :)

8-10 flour tortillas
16 oz cream cheese, softened
1 c pitted black olives, finely chopped
4 T pimentos, finely chopped
4 T green jalapenos, finely chopped
1 package ranch dip mix (I used Hidden Valley)

Mix cream cheese, olives, pimentos, jalapenos and ranch dip mix together in a large bowl. With a large spoon/spatula, divide mixture between tortillas, covering the entire surface. Roll very tightly, cover, and store in refrigerator for at least 2 hours (the longer the better for the flavors to settle... I recommend overnight). Remove from fridge and slice. Serve cold.
