RECIPE: Loaded Baked Potato Dip

In July, I wrote about my love of Pinterest. I recently discovered an incredible recipe through that site that needs to be shared with the world:

LOADED BAKED POTATO DIP (yields 2 cups-ish)
16 oz. sour cream
2 c finely shredded cheddar cheese
1/3-1/2 c chopped scallions
1 package (15 slices) microwavable bacon
1 T hot sauce
1/4 t pepper

Prepare bacon and crumble. Chop scallions. Mix all ingredients together and chill before serving. I suggest serving with potato chips or celery stalks. I use light sour cream and reduced fat cheese to make this a tiny bit less fatty.
